I've made orders for delivery for the last two days and it never went through. It sent me a code,I put it in but it didn't accept it. This is very frustrating. I bought my membership so I could have orders delivered.
Dr Hanley is 5 stars. But Sams Optical which is separate is 1 star at best. Rude unfriendly miserable staff, very unpleasant experience 😞
I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and the Doctor decided to see another patient who was scheduled later than my exam. The result was that I waited almost 1 hour before he could see me. I rescheduled because I had to work for the next day. Sam's Club then called me back and could not honor the new appointment! Take my advice, gets your gas and paper towels at Sam's Club but leave your health care needs to the professionals!
I've been going to this place for 3 years for glasses and didn't have an issue till now. I live in Winter Haven and have no means to go pick up my glasses and have called them repeatedly and got no answer on whether or not they can send them to another store SINCE I ALREADY PAID FOR THEM and they're refusing so congrats you just lost a loyal customer. I will NEVER recommend this place to another person.
In and out the first time. However, I went back in to buy another pair and the frames were on backorder. Vero Beach Sams is very accommodating and would not buy anywhere else.
