I stopped by today about 130pm 2/6/24 I bought my glasses somewhere else but it needed an adjustment. They did the adjustment on my glasses but also warned me that they if something was to happen it’s on me. My nose pads on the glasses was hard so it was digging in to my nose. The man there changed the pads with my permission to soft ones. Feels so much better. Thank you sir. Very nice staff.

I had an appointment At 1:30. The customer service was excellent. The gentleman was very efficient. Doctor Tim Kim paid attention to smallest details. I shall go back to them again. And refer my friends to them as well.

My family and I are visiting from Texas, and my mom’s hearing aid broke in her ear. This location unfortunately did not have a Hearing Center, but Norbert from the Eye Care Center was incredibly helpful and provided the tools we needed to remove the lodged part. We are sincerely greatful for Norbert’s amazing customer service!

I went 1/30/23..the person that was in charge of the place, was so rude. Loud..just because I have my own frame..I never going back to this place, I'm going to tell my friends and family never going to Sam's club to get lenses .. Really bad experience
