Purchased glasses and the frames broke within a week. Now, certainly they don’t make the frames not their fault but I took them back for a new pair and my order sat in their back room for two weeks prior to sending out for new frames. A year has gone by and the frames have broken three times. These were not cheap frames either. I believe I should’ve been offered a new pair at no cost but that wasn’t the case. The manager at the Monroeville Sam’s club was not at all customer oriented. There are way too many other options to purchase glasses for Sam’s Club to have terrible customer service.
