Dr. Sampalis changed my life. I have been to at least 4 eye doctors in the past 5 years all of them told me I had cataracts but they could wait to be taken care of, wrote me another prescription that didn’t work and sent me on my way. The day I met Dr. Sampalis she took one look at my eyes and told me I was done with glasses because the cataracts in my eyes would prohibit any prescription from correcting my vision. She recommended me to my surgeon Dr. Nelson, at RI Eye, my cataracts were completed on April 2 and my -12 since I was basically 12 years old vision in both eyes is now 20/15! Dr. Sampalis is honest, kind, warm and her knowledge litteraly has improved and changed my life. Top stars across the board from her staff to her honestly, she is amazing!! I am so greatful to have found such a person to be my Doctor. Honestly if I could I would give her 10000+ stars I absolutely would.

Horrible horrible "bedside manner". Rude. Cold. Got my prescription completely wrong. Wasted $$ on custom glasses only to not be able to see anything with them on. End of appt, walks me to their display of frames, and said "Take a look. Let us know if you like anything." and just walks away. End of story. No "Nice to meet you.", no "Thanks for coming in.". Nothing. Just walked away. Not sure if she was having a bad day or she just doesn't really like her job, but it was easily one of the worst interactions I've ever had at a Dr.'s office. Never going back.

Just had my first visit today, and I've already booked an appt for my husband. Dr Sampalis is amazing, and the office staff are nothing short of delightful. I can't believe I was lucky enough to find this gem of an office and very close to home! Would absolutely recommend without hesitation. I found my new eye doctor.. And for a same day visit!!! Awesome selection of frames and outstanding customer service. Immaculate office. 10/10

Love Dr.Sampalis! Office is clean, friendly and organized and the staff is great. Dr Sampalis is quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient and Doctor Maria Sampalis took the time to explain my eye exam results in detail. The office was spotless and had a calming atmosphere. I highly recommend Sampalis Eye care to anyone who is looking for exceptional eye care. I'll definitely be returning for my next checkup.
