Dr. Sampson and her whole staff were all so kind. My daughter was very nervous and Dr. Sampson went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. We would definitely recommend her to anyone!! We will be lifelong customers as long as she’s in business. It was also so clean and organized, it made for a very welcoming environment throughout the office.
Dr. Sampson is amazing! She is very thorough and she treats my 12 y/o like an adult, asking her questions about her vision. Her staff is friendly and efficient. Her office also has lots of new equipment and technology, which I feel make my exam more accurate. I would recommend Dr Sampson over and over again. We actually drive an hour just to see her!
My son and I went to the eye doctor yesterday and had a great experience. Doctors and children don’t normally mix but Dr. Jessi Sampson is a mother herself and understands that challenge. She was able to make it fun and comfortable for our 3 year old. She was also very thorough and explained everything well without making you feel unheard or belittled! We were also able to order glasses following the appointment which made the process way easier! Our family will remain under her care and would recommend her office to anyone! Staff was also a huge help with the entire process. This is a business to be proud of in Braxton County! Thank you Sampson Eye Care Team!
I needed an emergency visit and they got me in same day. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Dr. Sampson is great. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. I would and do recommend her to friends and family. They have a very nice facility. It's super clean and well organized. They also have state of the art equipment.
First time visit… From being greeted the second I entered the Eye care clinic to having minimal wait time for my appointment, I could not be more impressed! Professional, personable, knowledgable and kind are only a fee words that I would use to describe the aTeam. Dr.Sampson & her team are top notch! Highly recommended! AAA+++
