Obviously, this is just one experience, but in my opinion, I do not recommend this location and just overall having your eye care through Sam’s optical. Bad communication a month late on my contact prescription kept calling promises promises promises. I ended up canceling. I will not return to Sam’s optical in the future and I suggest anybody that reads this does not either run far away and go get your contacts from a reputable location.

I purchased some glasses and had to get my nose pads changed out. The optical manager helped me and she was darling! She always has a positive attitude. I appreciate her.
