Sam’s Club Optical

I had such an amazing experience at the optical department at Sam’s Club in Vernon Hills! From the moment we walked in, the entire team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They got my kids and me in quickly, which I truly appreciated, especially with a busy schedule. What stood out the most was how patient and kind they were with my children. They made them feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and turned what could have been a stressful visit into a smooth and enjoyable experience. The staff went above and beyond to help us find the perfect frames, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were completely taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Overall, the service was phenomenal from start to finish. If you’re looking for an optical department that’s efficient, friendly, and truly cares about families, I highly recommend Sam’s Club Optical in Vernon Hills. We will definitely be coming back!

Very nice staff! My daughter's glasses were too loose and Claudia took care of us. She is the best! We have been in 4 times and they are always helpful, nice and pleasant. Awesome place to get your glasses, they definitely have a large variety of glasses choices that isn’t all cut and paste like all the other places. The workers there were unbelievably kind and more than willing to help us out. My thanks for all the wonderful help!

The staff greeted and assisted us quickly when we showed up for our vision appointments. My son and I were impressed with Dr. Sabo. She was thorough with both our exams. I liked that she explained what was happening with our vision as both our eye prescriptions had changed. I got contacts and glasses. My son also got glasses. Claudia was helpful with our selection for glasses. She also figured the best route with our insurance. It was cheaper to use insurance for the contacts and use my Plus membership for our glasses. Plus members get 20% off glasses. Another tip. Bring sunglasses to wear after your eye exam to help with the light sensitivity from the eye dilation. Overall, we were very pleased with the care and customer service from the staff and doctor. Five stars.

Very happy with the guidance I received from Jackie. She suggested I put no glare on my glasses, a game changer!! Great customer service from everyone!
