I had a great experience purchasing glasses there about a year ago. Saw the low rating and thought it would be helpful to give my 2 cents. The staff allowed me to take my time browsing, but were helpful when I asked for an opinion or needed assistance. Reasonable turnaround time for pickup. And I haven't had any problems with my glasses.
The optical center is by far the worst optical center I have ever encountered. Very rude staff, absolutely not professional, I used to go there pretty often and all of a sudden it just kept on going down hill. Definitely not coming back to order or be seen by anyone there! DO NOT GO HERE!! If I can give my rating a negative instead of 1 I would've done it.
Does this location not hear their phone ringing? 3 minutes to let your phone ring is crazy
