I recently visited the optical department for a new pair of glasses and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The eye doctor conducted a thorough and precise eye examination, explaining everything clearly and ensuring my prescription was perfect. The three women who assisted in fitting my frames were fantastic. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and patient as I .ade my selection. Their expertise in helping me select the perfect frames made the process enjoyable and stress-free. They took the time to ensure my new Ray-Ban Meta glasses fit comfortably and looked great. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and the outstanding service I received. I highly recommend this optical department to anyone in need of eye care or new eyewear. Thank you all for making my visit so pleasant!

Went in and got an exam. Wondered why it was so much but they reassured me. A few days later still wondered and called back- they overcharged me $100 in an exam I did not get. Told me to come in, so I did. Waited 45 min and was told I had to come back. Ordered contacts through them and went back in for my refund. Never did they tell me to pay for the contacts the 2 times I went for my REFUND. Went back in and got my refund and a day later they call me and tell me I have to pay for my contacts in 1 day or my benefits expire. The worst uneducated costumer service ever. Don’t go unless you want to spend your extra time of 2 weeks in there that any other capable place could do in 1 visit.

Frustrating experience - first, the contacts and glasses are not less expensive than elsewhere; which you would expect by coming to the club. They do have more convenient hours than local options. I purchased contacts and glasses, but the staff basically refuse to give my RX to an online source that I use for auto-shipping contacts. I spent about $800 with them before requesting to take my RX online. I have been wearing contacts for 20 years, and ordering online for a decade. It has never been an issue before with any other provider. For this reason alone, I will not come back.

I purchased my glasses here 3 years ago, and everything was great. I recently broke them, and while they were unable to help me due to my insurance changing, they were sympathetic and supportive, especially Kim.

Helpful, friendly staff! Dr was thorough and efficient. Not much of a wait and was done with exam pretty quick. Longest part was picking out new frames!
