I have been a customer of this Center for many years and enjoy wonderful, knowledgeable and professional people, great service, wide selection of glass frames, state of the art lenses options, and reasonable prices. It is very convenient to visit while shopping. Over the years I received many compliments on my glasses in the US and abroad. Dr. Foley is an amazing optometrist and the facility has modern equipment. She was able to advise on my dry eye condition. I had more success treating my eyes following her advice compared to prior visits to dry eye specialists. I am very grateful to everyone at this optical location and highly recommend it.

Had such a great experience here. Bryanna and Ashley were lovely and friendly people that helped me out so much. Dr.Foley was extremely kind as well and explained things in a way I could understand.
I've been coming to Sam's for glasses for a long time now and have not had any issues until now. Unfortunately, whatever prescription they gave me was not correct and even after a week of wearing them, my eyes did not adjust. I ended up getting a new eye exam with Clarkson Eyecare because something felt off, and the prescription they gave me was actually correct. When I went to make my return, I commented that I was not able to read with them on, and had to go back to my old glasses in order to work / drive / etc. The lady said "Well, they're single prescription lenses?" like I was dumb or something. I've been wearing single prescription lenses for sixteen years and was not told to get bifocals, as I do not need bifocals, and never have. I've literally never had an issue with reading text until the new lenses from Sam's. I was able to get a full refund (except for the eye exam), but I am not happy with my experience and I caution anyone before going. The doctor was very kind and the rest of the staff were lovely.
Very friendly staff and helpful and assisting me with selection of three frames... However my visual acuity did not seem to be resolved after about 3 months and when I finally went to my medical ophthalmologist he checked my vision out and said that the prescription was off slightly which would account for my headaches... Needless to say I did not get all three eyeglasses replaced but in reticent to pursue any further services at my local Sam's optical shop,. This is a near $700 mistake for me
I felt hurt and deceived when they signed-me up for eyeglass insurance without my knowledge or approval. I had to return to get the $24.99 charge reversed. I'll never go back.
