Dr knuckles is an excellent Dr. Last year I came to see him since I needed new prescription glasses, had an amazing explanation of what I needed with new prescription that I decided to bring my son today 3/11/2023 to get his eyes checked. Dr went beyond good customer service! He was very patient with my 6 year old, never felt a rush to get out of his office! I even mention something about the glasses I got last year and still gave me an advice of what I could do to fix my discomfort. Definitely recommend I hope he stays at this location I appreciate the excellent service. Also recommend getting eyeglasses inside Sams Club! Look for Janise she is amazing, I have been coming to this Sam’s for long time and notice she has been there for a long time too. She is an asset to this company ! Thank you for having an amazing person like her working for Sam’s Club!!

The doctor is unlike any optometrist I’ve seen. He took his time to perfect my daughter’s prescription, usually they give up and say well she will be able to see the board at school. My contacts weren’t as clear as I would like so I called and they had to order me the pair I require had to go down for the fitting and the contacts feel great and I can see very clearly loving it!!

Have been going to Dr. Russell since I was 7 years old. 23 now and he is the only optometrist I trust! Friendly and welcoming, he has always addressed my needs and my contacts always arrive earlier than promised

Awful experience with this eye dr. We complained to sams club corporate Who says they are keeping eyes open and ears because of negative customer feedback. Long story short this eye doctor spent 5 minutes with me and then I was rushed out the door My prescription was all wrong And I had to take it to a new eye dr

Do not come here if you are in a rush! They are so slow and it is only 1 person working frequently. If there’s an assistant they don’t do much to assist. Don’t call ahead either because apparently they tell you anything. I definitely recommend another location. This one just happens to be convenient for me.
