I recently had a disappointing experience with Sam's Club's optical department. I ordered reading glasses but received glasses for long-distance vision instead, despite clearly specifying my needs. The mistake likely occurred due to an error by Stacy, the manager. While at the store to pick it up, Melinda informed me that I couldn't get the same frame again due to a hold on orders. My only options were to cancel the order or choose a different frame. The frame I had initially chosen was perfect for me, so I opted to cancel. However, I did not receive a full refund, and Melinda's rude behavior only added to the frustration. I expected better customer service from a company like Sam's Club. They messed up my order and were unwilling to make it right. I will not be returning and advise others to be cautious. Many highly-rated eye care centers around the city offer better service.
