I’ve gone here a number for my optical needs, my most recent experience was the best one yet. First, I called the optical center to make sure my contacts were. Sara, one of the optical workers, picked up the phone and was very detail-specific as well as friendly for the entire phone call. She answered all my questions very well. So, I went into the Sam’s Club to pick up my contacts, and guess who helped me right away? Sara! She saw me standing in line and asked if I was here to pick up. I told her yes and she guided me over to the desk to get my order rung up. Although I forgot my Sam’s Club card, she looked up my phone number and got me taken care of so easily. The ease of my experience was all due to Sara and her professionalism. She made my optical experience so easy and direct. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about Sara and the rest of the staff at Sam’s Club Optical Center at the Crystal Lake location.
