Dr. Yang was wonderful with my kids! From the moment we walked in, they made my children feel comfortable and at ease. The exam was thorough, and Dr. Yang took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for both me and my kids to understand. The staff was friendly, patient, and welcoming, which made the entire visit stress-free. It’s not always easy finding an optometrist who is so great with children, but Dr. Yang exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Yang to any family looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and kid-friendly optometrist!

From booking my first appointment and the day my of went super smooth. From the Receptionist and the whole process went perfectly. My Doctor was very detailed and thorough. She explained to me stuffs about eyes health, I never knew before. Which was a very sucess. I really appreciate ALL the TEAM that helped a lot. I really like the location. Easy access. Had a wonderful, professional experience at San Ramon Family Optometry. All staff were knowledgeable especially Aisha who did my eye exam. She was able put me at ease and explain what each testing machine was for and how the results would be used. The optician was able to perform testing and go over the results in a calm and very patient manner. He was able to explain all options available to me but did not put any pressure to purchase.

My family and I see Dr. Andrew Yang and he is amazing! Easy to talk to, informative and professional. We also see Ali the Optician Lead and she's one of a kind and amazing! Super friendly and welcoming, easy to talk to and very helpful when finding the perfect glasses that suits you. We love going there.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Yang as a new patient. From the start, it was clear that Dr. Yang had taken the time to thoroughly review my records from my previous provider, which made the appointment feel efficient and personalized. He spent an appropriate amount of time with me. I didn't feel rushed and he really listened to my concerns. In particular, I appreciated the thoughtful discussion around balancing distance vision with near reading, helping me consider how different solutions might affect my comfort and daily life. What stood out most was that I felt that he worked collaboratively with me to find a solution that made sense, rather than pushing me towards a quick decision. I also appreciated that he encouraged me to revisit and adjust the approach as needed over time. Overall, I left feeling confident in the care I received and am very glad that I made the switch, as this location is much more convenient for my work-from-home routine.
