Always helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve ordered a new pair of bifocals (I’m showing my age) and priced out a pair of transitions ( darn insurance won’t cover them ). My current glasses were falling from my face and Koko(sp?) adjusted them for me and now they don’t fall off. Can’t wait for the new glasses to arrive. Thank you to the team! New glasses have already arrived and I’m picking them up in the next 2 days!

Dr. Crooker is extremely knowledgable and always gives a very thorough examination. I was in and out of the appointment without any real wait. I would recommend her!

The staff is awesome and Dr. Crooker has been top notch each time I’ve seen her. She’s thorough and checks in on things I had forgotten about since my last visit.

Vision exam with Emma and Dr Chan- both excellent, clear communication and competent at handling the work. Front desk can improve engagement with patients instead of avoiding eye contact/ speaking while looking at computer.- making patients feel as if they are being intrusive.
