I am leaving this review specifically to praise Elizabeth Golding in the Patient Travel department. Dealing with medical travel can be incredibly stressful, but Elizabeth made the entire coordination process smooth, clear, and worry-free. SEARHC is lucky to have someone so compassionate and efficient helping patients get to their care!!
Wrangell Medical Center is a rehabilitation facility with a doctor and a team of nurses and certified nursing assistants to carry out the doctor's orders and to care for their patients. The kitchen cooks overcooks the protein. A doctor there figured out that my condition they couldn't treat and I was flown to Providence Medical Center.
HANDS DOWN the worst hospital I have ever been to. The doctors have countlessly messed up from one thing to another from medication dosage to denying taking out iud birth control to where I had to threaten the doctor I would do it myself which ended up being infected! I have not heard one thing good about this hosptial. WHAT A JOKE
They do the best they can with what they have. Some times, what they have isn't much, but they do a hell of a lot with it!
