Let's set the scene: *grey PGH skys* I walked in after a happy hour to escape the rain and by fate SEE was open late for their trunk sale. Live music, snacks from Prattles AND TRADER JOES, fun frames. I said "I want frames that make people stop and pay attention on the walk down the street" You know the wow moment. Both the team members there were incredible and fun. I don't have my receipt in front of me so their names escape me. But I will be back, just as I have returned every time I'm feeling like new frames, since my first purchase 2 years ago! OH AND I got all 3, cheers!

This is a great place for unique glasses and great quality. Once I picked out the frame, I wanted the lenses to have a particular tint that was non-standard. Kara is incredibly knowledgeable and accomodating. She understood exactly what I wanted to do and was able to describe it perfectly to the lab who would be coating the lenses. The glasses came out beautifully and I will definitely become a repeat customer. I had gone to 4 or 5 other places in and SEE in Shadyside was able to create the look that I wanted. Thanks to all especially Kara!

Kara was amazing! I walked in and was immediately warmly welcome by both employees, inviting me in to browse OR have them help suggest styles to try. I had fun, I tried new things, and I fell in love with a pair I never would have picked up on my own. It’s a boutique experience in a welcome, casual environment. Just perfect.

Everyone at SEE Eyewear is amazing! They are understanding and knowledgeable about their products as well as patient when problem solving either a new prescription or the fit with a new frame. I have never had a better experience at an optical center before. I recommend them to all my friends and will definitely be coming back for my next pair of glasses.
