Really good. Didn’t have an appointment so had to wait a little. Still everything went great and the desk lady was really nice and helpful. Im definitely coming back. Also good service on the woman who sold me my glasses.

The receptionist was 100% 5 stars! But to be absolutely honest, the dr.left me feeling like i was interrupting her peaceful day. I got my prescription, and she did her job, BUT, I truly felt as though i had somehow insulted her, or ruined her day by being there. But again the receptionist was so good at her job that ny 1 star review became a 3 star review.

It was a great visit!! I don't recall the optometrist name but she even remembered from the last visit which always makes a person feel special. She was so kind and when I tell you that she went above and beyond for me I am being 100% honest. Kelly I do know from being there many times and she's always friendly and helpful. Thank you so very much for an excellent experience. Ann Anderson

The dr that I saw was great & the receptionist was great. My 2 stars is given because when I called to make my appointment because I was having an issue that I thought was possibly blepharitis, the lady that I spoke with said the dr had to see me because it had been a year since I had been there and that I would also need a vision exam. I made the appt, hung up and checked my calendar. Seeing that I had just had an exam in July 2025, I called back to change the appt to just a medical, telling the same lady that I was there July 2025 and she replied “this is 2026.” I said I was just there 10 months ago, I do not need a vision exam. Mind you, I am self pay BUT if I had insurance, THEY would NOT pay for 2 vision exams in the same 12 month period. So when I got to the vision center, the receptionist was very confused as to why I was there because she said there weren’t any notes. I felt like I was in the middle of some kind of scam because if I had not checked my calendar…shame shame. How many other clients are getting roped in to appointments that they didn’t really need. I have had good service and liked the drs that I’ve seen at this center but not sure I’ll be back.
