I had an amazing experience today at SeeCoast Eye Care!! What an incredible, professional and friendly office! Priscilla, the ophthalmic technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and she had a beautiful personality. Dr. Amanda Nugent gave me a very thorough exam and spent quality time with me. The front desk ladies were friendly and courteous. Thank you all!
Dr Suivski, and his staff were exceptional in my care. After my cataract surgery my post op exams showed a vast inconsistent difference in my vision. After an MRI prescribed by Dr Suivski because of my medical background, I was diagnosed with ocular lymphoma. Had it not been for his diligence my lymphoma would have gone on much longer untreated. I am very thankful. Thank you! Thank you!
They incorrectly had my cell listed for another patient. Call to correct, RUDE receptionist who said she could not help me since I am not in her system, requested manager and was hung up on, Immediately called back and straight to on hold music. Receptionist answers after a few minutes and says you number was listed for another patient and I have been removed. Re-requested manager ... ummm they are not in today, byeeeeee. NEVER a Patient and NEVER will be!!!! HORRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I provided name, social security number, and phone number prior to being hung up on during the first call. Looks like your receptionist does your replies also. What a JOKE!
My dad has been a patient of Dr. Suivski for years. Staff is very friendly and Dr. Suivski is great! Dr. Miller is also wonderful. Highly recommend.
Make sure you count your change. The girl wrote down $14 on a bill took $40 and , give me change. Went back to ask why and the other girl said there was another stack of money. She didn't know why it was sitting. There looks like she's done this to a couple of other people too. Not all the figures were filled in. She wrote 40 on the bill. And she says we need to take the money for your deductible. NOT.....
