If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at this office has been a disaster. Despite multiple attempts, they were unable to provide me with the correct glasses. The office manager, Lindsey, struggled to manage my orders—they were frequently late, lost, and her communication was unprofessional. After spending $2,000, the final straw was when my Tom Ford frames were 'lost' and replaced with cheap, generic ones. When I confronted them, I was blamed for the mix-up and told I had provided those cheap frames to begin with. The doctor, despite being aware of these ongoing issues, never reached out to resolve the situation or address the failure of their staff. I will never return to this office and strongly suggest others take their business elsewhere.
