Everyone was pleasant and I was seen quickly. The doctor was informative. The lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and was working with me to use my present frame. I did get a call and I have to return to work out the lenses and the frame.
Dr. Kull and assistant Sonia are professional and made me feel right at home. Their office staff helped me resolve a billing issue promptly. They offered a quick way to order contacts that would be delivered to my home and were more affordable than contacts.com plus they send reminders so I know when I need a new pair. The business cares about the community and sponsors events that benefit local schools, children and veterans. Office space is clean and they get you in and out. Oh, and it gets better…Dr. Kull shared something no other eye doctor had caught before. My stigmatism hadn’t plateaued it was actually better! It made my day. Looking forward to my annual visit there!
On 5/13/26 we had my daughter’s first ever eye exam. The gal named Claudia did an amazing job with her. Her ques & directions were perfect for a first time pediatric patient. Very bubbly & sweet!
Claudia, Dr Brad & his assistant were incredible. Office like a 5 star luxury. Front desk people were kind & compassionate. Will definitely recommend to all.
Four stars for their services. They are professional, polite, caring and friendly. What patients complaint is about the waiting time. Expect to be one hour at the waiting room before being call , another hour to wait in the examination room before being seen and then 45 minutes for everything in between ( And only 3 patients there ), Also, the air conditioner is set so cold, you need to carry a blanket to cover yourself while you're there. Love the staff, dislike their system very much. Now, this is at the Sebring office.
