Dr. LONIE STAINS is always friendly, and does a great job evaluating for contacts or glasses. My son 19 really likes her too. I highly recommend her. You may need to wait to get in or in the office, but at least you know she does a good job. A lot of optometrists travel office to office and I like that they don't have their employees traveling.
Had a great experience at Ohio Valley Eye Center 3/27/26. Dr. Brook Kressley was so nice, thorough and explained everything throughout the exam. All associates were so helpful and kind. They were also able to fit my son in for a quick check for an injury sustained the night before. Dr. Baumwell took great care of him too. Highly recommend this eye care center. Thank you.

The staffing team and doctors at Sewickley are great. Kind, courteous etc. Their billing area drives me crazy. I have medical and vision insurance. I pay an extra premium each month for my vision insurance which covers all preventative exams. Like an annual eye exam. BUT because I’m diabetic they file the exam under my medical insurance and then send me a bill. Then we have to argue about it for 6 months at which time someone finally submits the remaining balance to my vision insurance and they get paid. It’s a hassle every year and I am honestly thinking of finding a different doctor because of it. 🙁😔😢
This is a Big Thank you to Brandon in the optical department at the Ohio Valley location. He is the most knowledgeable and helpful person my granddaughter and I have had the pleasure of meeting. He goes above and beyond when it comes to giving the correct information on your eyeglass order and makes sure you get the best value. Thank you Brandon for helping both of us.
