Was on vacation and the right arm of my glasses broke off. I looked up optical shops and very glad I went to Shallcross Optical. Very kind people and put 2 new temple arms on my glasses. They look better than new!!! The old rose gold arm doesn’t match! lol. Awesome!!

Great places the glasses very nice selection an the owner an his wife are so helpful. Will definitely come back. Had new lens put in my daughters old frames, Because who doesn't need a second pair of glasses in case something happens. They were having a great Spring Special so I got a new pair for myself!!!! Just picked them up yesterday couldn't be happier. Great family owned business an Excellent Service, an great prices!!!

I took a pair of sunglasses there for repair. Not only did their team fix the issue let the manufacturer would not even handle but they did it for free. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this community business. Thanks again!

Shallcross has been my optical choice for over 20 years and I've been pleased with every single pair I've received from them. Rob the owner is always happy to help with any adjustments needed, and Diana his wife knows just what to do for a perfect fit. They will continue to be our choice for many years to come.
