I absolutely loved this place until they done renovation last year. I bought a pair of glasses and paid for them and they done renovations, shut down, and when they opened back up….they acted like there was no way to trace the glasses I paid for. They gave me a number for their corporate office but they acted the same. So yeah, $120 they kept and the glasses too.

I had an excellent experience at Shanks Eye Center & Optical! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Shanks took the time to thoroughly explain my eye exam results and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and the level of care was outstanding. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch eye care. My family and I will definitely be returning for all our future eye care needs!

I cannot recommended Shanks Eye Center & Optical enough! They are so helpful at each visit and able to see me for a last minute appointment with some eye concerns. The physician is always so helpful and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for eye care in Nashville.
