So i just got my two new pairs of glasses in and the prescription she gave me was incorrect, the left eye is blurry. The old glasses I had were fine, so my prescription from the last doctor didn’t change even though she said they did so I wasted about $300 counting her appointment and the 2 new pairs of nice glasses. She was also very disrespectful and saying I was one of the worst patients she has had, like former reviews cited. edit: when i told her the prescription she gave me was wrong she got super mad and hung up on me which was very unprofessional

Dr. Johnson saw my 9 year old today and I was very impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable she was. She was patient with him, as this was his first true eye exam, and we came out with a prescription that will hopefully be helpful for him! She recommended a 3 week check up for his specific problem and her prices are very reasonable without insurance! I was very impressed and will definitely be going back and I will even be making my own appointments with her from now on!

She is by far the beat optometrist I have ever been visited. She is extremely thorough and makes sure I understand everything. In fact, because she found a bluish ring around my eye she suggested I get my lipids checked. She was right on the money. She’s very knowledgeable about optometry. She is very much a perfectionist, and I appreciate it very much. If anyone has ever gotten a prescription too strong or too weak, you know what I’m talking about. She is a must see, you will not regret it.

I set up an appointment with 2 hours notice and it was honored. Mrs. Johnson was very knowledgeable and was very educational in how she presented information to me. However, she was rude. She scoffed at me when I couldn't recall medical history from 8 years ago. She spoke too quickly for me and would get upset when I asked her to repeat herself. I believe my prescription wasn't accurate because of this. I even gave her a compliment in how thorough she was but couldn't accept my compliment and turned it back as an insult in why I should still be able to remember what I was told in past exams despite the fact they weren't as thorough and educational as she was. I REALLY wanted to like Mrs. Johnson and her work but I can't help but to think back and only think negative things. I will not return and, sadly, I wouldn't recommend to any of my family and friends.

I first met Ms. Johnson at her former Optometry office at the Parks Mall, since then she has relocated to Ft. Worth; but she is worth the drive! Ms. Johnson is clearly passionate about her profession & cares about her patients. She's highly knowledgeable about her field, thorough, precise & makes sure that you're receiving a quality service upon each visit!
