Purchased two pairs of glasses From this place. salesman was OK but quality of the lenses are super crappy. Haven’t had them two weeks already fogged up scratched up. One pair I wear at work so can kind of understand them getting a little rough, but not this fast the other pair I only wear in bed at night to see the TV and they are just as bad. I have not dropped them. I keep them in a case. Not going to bother talking to them about it or trying to get it replaced because they’re just gonna tell me I should’ve bought that higher-end lenses because that’s their sales tactic. Have a pair of glasses with plastic lenses in it from Walmart I got four years ago, don’t have a single scratch on them these glasses I’ve only had for two weeks and already can’t see out of the Them. Will be going back to Walmart were I should have gone the first time.

Long story short, Walmart vision helped us when Eyeglass World wouldn't fix a 400$ pair purchased from them. Walmart replaced the lenses on their frame when they wouldn't when it was their negligence. I called 2 locations. None would work with us. We had no problem at Walmart Vision Center.

I called and asked a few questions about their policy on insurance, price and Tammy was so helpful so I booked an appointment. I was greeted, instructed where to begin checking in. Allison was very nice and quickly checked me in and all paperwork was fast. The Dr Meikle was so patient, understanding and didn't rush me to select the better view. Very nice Dr! Then I was greeted again to select the frames. Eric was absolutely well informed, patient, helpful and so professional. I was given the best eyeglass experience ever. I can't say enough about their attention to the customer, professionalism and support. Definitely my new eyeglass provider.

Good experience! I had progressives and I felt like I couldn’t read. Kristin and Amber were both very understanding and easy to talk to. Jamie came from the lab to help me and he updated me of the process. When I picked them up Amber and Kristin were there together this time- I had a tough day at work and I literally said the words “Thank you I am so happy!” And I am- I can read! The smallest print. Thank God for the gift of vision and these people for being caring.
