Honestly, it's like a really mean Fort Knox. The customer service of the woman in charge is horrendous. I just need to pick up a pair of glasses. It would take less than 3 minutes to do, and yet, I need to book an appt more than 24 hours out and if I miss it, which happens a lot because my schedule is crazy, I have to do it again. Anywhere else, you could run in and grab them. It's crazy! I love Sharp but I STRONGLY suggest you go anywhere else but this place. (p.s. The Sharp Optic Shop in Scripps Ranch with Maria was AMAZING - but they closed so missed!)

I had to get glasses after lasik to help with my night vision. It's been a long time needing glasses. The optical staff here is awesome. I didn't get specific names but everyone I worked with had been helpful and accommodating. I have a smaller face and am a tough fit. The gentleman working that day helped me pick out the right size and let me tell you, I tried on so many pairs and he was so patient. Because of infection control they need to wipe down the glasses a certain way before they are put back on the shelf and I tried on so many before I was helped to narrow down to 2! I was embarrassed with the mess I felt I made. But I came out feeling confident I got a good pair. I have had 2 other visits within the year helping fix my glasses... another gentleman and today a very kind woman helped me after I messed up the alignment. Both times they fixed my glasses back to fit on my face. I am very appreciative for the help. I just got a hard case for my specs to keep them more protected 🤓 Thank you again for the help.
