Terrible service. Very rude front desk help. Lady has an attitude and apparently doesn’t realize she has a job because of us patients.

Please take your business elsewhere, the woman at the desk is the only nice person here. The optometrist and his assistants have very disgusting attitudes. They made me pay for a copy of my prescription, mind you they don’t sell glasses here. OF COURSE I AM GOING TO NEED A COPY, so I can fill my prescription at a place that DOES sell glasses.
The atmosphere was amazing! Very welcoming. Excellent service. Set an appointment today. You won't be disappointed. Got my prescription and now purchased my glasses and I am so excited 😊
Absolutely rude and unprofessional doctor. Staff broke hippa laws rude as well. Would never go there again.
Horrible customer service I went in to see if the doctor would Write the correct contact lens brand on my prescription so that I can get Context, I usually wear glasses so I hadn’t ordered any all year. Because my prescription expires in three days the lady behind the desk told me that he’s not going to write any changes because I need a new eye exam. I told her I wanted to get some contacts because I can’t afford to get an eye exam right now and I need to have back up in case my glasses break. She told me I had a whole year to do that if you wanna go somewhere go to Crosby Walmart, the lady there she has red hair and she has helped me in emergency situation many times No matter how many days were left on my prescription even if I need a new eye exam. Not to mention 3 days is still by their policy a valid prescription. So is it not my right to get the services I paid for until they expire?
