Ashley Branham is the best I've been going to SVC for about 15 years and I've been seeing Ashley for about 10 of those years she goes over everything with you very easy to talk to and to understand she will help you in anyway that she can the staff is amazing there friendly people

The staff at this dental clinic were rude and condescending. They showed no concern for my pain or situation and even gave me incorrect information about my insurance. When I tried to correct them, they became defensive and told me to figure it out myself. Very unprofessional experience overall. If you can’t treat people with basic respect and empathy, you shouldn’t be working in the medical field.

The receptionists up front are nice and welcoming as well as the nurses who ask questions and check vitals. I love dr rose but i had to see deena this time as ive seen her before and had no issues. Ive been having major pressure at the back of my head causing dizziness and a few other symptoms and she said its most likely migraines and tried to write me meds. Ive had numerous migraines as it runs in my family along with as many as i had when i was pregnant with my son, this isnt migraines. She said she woukd order some bloodwork and a possible ct scan and to follow up eith dr rose in 2 weeks, no biggie. Well after the lady came in my room and took my blood, she left, and i literally sat in my room waiting for her to come back in, go over my results, and tell me im ready to leave. My appointment was at 2 and i sat in my room until right at almost 5. I walked out because i had to go back to work and everyone else was gone. This isnt the first time they have forgotten me but this eill be the last time.

Do not go to this place, I have had fillings that have kept falling off the tooth that was being worked on, just today a filling fell off making a large size hole in my tooth. The secretary was condescending and rude when I called them out on not fixing the same tooth, she was rude and talked down to me when I told them they made my tooth worse than before. Especially when she told me, "That's what I thought." when I said if they had a earlier opening I would consider it if I couldn't find another dentist. The medical doctors and staff here are a utter joke. Save your money and time by never going here. Yeah they are cheap but that's the service you are paying for, cheap and without any care for the patient.

I needed teeth pulled and I wanted dentures put in the same day. They told me they would do that and make temporary dentures then when my gums healed and swelling went down they would make permanent dentures. I also needed lower partial , told me plastic was best . I had to pay1200.00 that day before they did all the work When it came time to make permanent dentures they said they didn’t do that so now I have temporary dentures that don’t fit . The partial has no gums on one side so with nothing to hold them in my mouth. They said I would have to get metal partial and pay for it again they refuse to make permanent dentures and told me they would mail a refund. But I never got a refund and no dentures. They lied and scammed me out of 1200.00. Hope my story keeps them from scamming anyone else
