I have been seeing Dr. Zapodeanu for years. She is kind, extremely thorough and really cares about her patient’s eye health. She takes the time to explain everything to you which not all places do. I have been to other places in the past, but she is the best. Would not hesitate to recommend her.

The doctor is great but her staff has gone way down hill. The person who adjust glasses doesn't speak English well and they are not accommodating. Unfortunately they need to go back to previous help or new help
Do not use this provider, they file claims late and insurance companies deny due to late filings and then they expect you to pay the bills that are denied due to their delays.
Dr was very attentive and focused on getting my prescription just right. Glasses were also fairly priced.
At my first appointment it was explained to me that for a fee that “insurance won’t cover” I could have a digital procedure to scan my retina vs having my eyes dilated. It’s directly on the intake form to check a box if you decline the digital procedure. I clearly checked the box to decline the service. At no point in the exam was any procedure explained to me what it was, I went through the entire appointment for an updated prescription for the doctor to tell me that my vision was “improved” and that I should change my diet to add more greens and fish into it. I was never asked about my diet. I eat fish every other day and greens every day. I was then told at check out that I owed the fee for the retina scan when it was still marked clearly on my form that I didn’t want it, and because nothing in the appointment was explained I still have no clue when the service was performed. My prescription is inaccurate, I was charged for a service I said I didn’t want, and the advice I was given was beyond unhelpful. I will never return here and I will advise people against going here.
