I had a great experience at Shirley Eye Care. The staff and Dr Ross were top notch, friendly, courteous, and fun. Donna, who helped me look for frames was so very helpful and knew what I was looking for and we found the perfect pair that fit me great. I really liked the layout of the place, the artwork inside, and flow. If you're looking for looking for a new eye doctor with great people, professionalism, and an uplifting experience, then Shirley Eye Care is the place to go. 🤓🥰

Staff is very friendly and helpful, from checkin to exam, to choosing glasses, and wrapping it up with a rhank you for being a patient. Dr. Shirley is excellent, very detail oriented, and takes time to explain what he sees in the testing performed. I highly recommend Shirley Eyecare for all of your vision needs!

This is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. The doctor spends time with you explaining your eyes to you and makes sure that you’re comfortable with your contacts/glasses before leaving. I didn’t feel rushed at all and everyone is very kind! I also had very small amount of wait time to see the doctor. Front desk ladies are amazing. They are all understanding and flexible with scheduling to try and fit your needs. Highly recommend for best in Indiana.

We always have had wonderful experiences at Shirley Eye Care. The staff is always friendly, professional, and makes us feel completely at ease. Dr Ross is truly exceptional. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, answering all our questions with patience and clarity, and makes us feel genuinely cared for. The office is modern, clean, and efficient – our appointments have started right on time, and we are out faster than expected, without ever feeling rushed. I have already recommended Dr Ross and Shirley Eye Care to my family and friends. If you are looking for a team that is skilled, compassionate, and truly excellent at what they do, look no further. The staff was very Friendly and Attentive. Dr. Shirley was very professional and explained everything to me. I was able to get the answers why my eyesight has changed so much. Dr. Shirley understood why my eyesight was so important to me because I am a Professioal Photographer.
