Just picked out some glasses from New Richmond Shopko optical. Julia helped me and she was fantastic. She spelled out all my options and helped me decide on frames. The process was quick and easy and the price was right too!
Marissa and Brenda were amazing. They helped me feel comfortable with every aspect of my appointment from the exam all the way to picking out glasses. The TO doctor was excellent, very thorough. No different than any other Dr. I've. Loved the experience.
Brenda and Dr. Turner were very helpful. It was so nice to have an in house Dr. for my exam. Brenda stayed with me during the picking out the frame process and helped me pick out 3 different frames. She did her best finding the best deals for me. Highly recommend.
Customer service is the best. Marissa was so helpful at getting us what we needed. She was amazing at working with my 2 year old who is not a fan of being fitted for glasses. I will definitely be back!
I took my son to Shopko Optical in New Richmond today for a contact lens prescription refresh and to order more contacts, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and so helpful. The doctor was fantastic—thorough, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was quick and easy. Great people, great experience, and a great doctor. Definitely a 10/10—highly recommend Shopko Optical New Richmond WI!!
