Everyone was so kind. From making the appointment, needing my current glasses repaired, the vision test and exam. Dr. Blaze was great, he explained everything. Shawn, Ellie and the rest of the staff you are appreciated.

I had never been to a Shopko Optical, but was hoping for the best and was not disappointed. The staff were engaged in and actually enjoyed helping find the best frames for you. When it came to my insurance, Tera went above and beyond to find a solution to what was ultimately out of her control. I haven't received my glasses yet, but I know for sure if there is a problem, they will make it right because they care. This Iron Mountain location exhibits competence, friendliness and a great inventory of frames. How great is that?
