Dr. Mary Jo Byers is amazing! She spends time listening to my issues and needs when it comes to my vision! In my 35 + years of needing eye wear no one has come close to getting it right the way she has. She is a true professional! I am so grateful for all of the help she has given me. You ROCK Dr. Mary!!!!
It was my first time going to Shopko Optical. It was a welcoming environment and the employees were very nice. I saw Vivian and she was very sweet and made the experience fun. The three employees that were on the floor even helped me find the glasses that best suit me, we called it our "fashion show". Very happy with the experience!

I came in on 10/30/2025. Ciara worked with me determining the cost of a new pair of glasses. She was very patient and kind while answering all my questions. Loved working with her and appreciate her kindness AND she’s an “optician in training”! Keep up the your pleasant demeanor as you go forward Ciara!
