My whole family goes here, and we have had great experiences. Dr. Christine is great with kids, even patient with my 2.5 year old! Amanda out front was great as well super patient and kind (even with all my kids along which isn’t ideal) she answered all my questions and helped me understand how to utilize our insurance to the fullest. I think they were even short handed but they still didn’t rush through or ignore us!

Amanda was VERY friendly! Did not once trip up on her words. Very informative. She is also very knowledgeable about the insurance and how it will affect the final bill. She has a very tough job, High Five 🙌

I was extremely impressed with the vision care I received at Shopko Optical in Fergus Falls. We recently moved to the region and this was my first visit. Of note, Meghan was extremely helpful assisting me select both prescription safety glasses and daily use frames and lenses. I hate choosing new frames and dread it every time, but this visit was much nicer because of the helpful friendly staff. Well done.

I just got new glasses about a month ago. I am very satisfied with the service and friendly staff. Amanda F. was very helpful. The selection of frames was a little bit overwhelming, though. I would definitely go back again when I decide to buy new glasses.
