Dr. McCamy was very friendly, thorough, and respectful. He explained things in a way that I could easily understand and was patient and kind when doing my 6 year old's first eye exam. Lily was amazing with us as well! She was patient and accommodating with my daughter and helped her feel comfortable during prescreening. She was patient helping me find frames that fit my face well and looked okay on me. She was also knowledgeable and able to answer questions about my new prescription. When I went in to pick up my new glasses, Jenny was friendly and helpful, too. Lily ended up adjusting my new frames and was very thorough, making very sure that I was satisfied with the way they fit. I've asked questions a couple times since our exams in February and have had great customer service. The office and waiting area are comfortable, clean and inviting as well. Overall, I'm pretty happy with our experience at Shopko!
