My husband and myself both had a wonderful experience at shopko with Brooke and Tiffany,the gals went out of their way to make our first time getting glasses there a real treat .. it went so smooth and they helped us pick out our frames… We have been customers at Johnson’s eyewear for years and they had dropped our insurance so I had to shop around for a new optical shop. So happy as everything has turned out perfect. Your gals knocked it out of the park!!! And took very good care of us… Thanks Brooke and Tiffany. The Jundt’s

Absolutely recommend this place! The ladies were super nice, checked the insurance right away and asked all the right questions. They are going through renovations but the place already looks great and is very cozy. Thank you so much to Jen and Brooke. Amazing job!!

Just want to give a major shout out to Shopko Optical. I had a nosepad break and needed a new one. Went in to ask if they did repairs like that and they said "Sure". 3 minutes later brand new nosepads with a great fit, fully cleaned. I asked how much it was, "No cost, it's fine. Please feel free to come back anytime." I was completely expecting to pay something. $15? $25? Something? I again tried to pay, they just smiled and said "no cost, please come back again, have a great day!" 10/10 customer service, 10/10 experience. This is how you win new customers, keep current customers. I'll be spreading the word to my family and friends. Thank you, Shopko! I will be back (paying).

Dr Koop and her team always provide a welcoming atmosphere whenever our family pays a visit to the clinic. The whole team is both kind and patient. We have brought both our young kids there for their first exams and both experiences were great! When going in for my own exam, I had to upgrade my glasses. Just like many I was overwhelmed with the vast selection of glasses with the help of the whole team I found a pair that fits my personality. I appreciate their assistance, guidance and share of opinions to help me find my new pair. The whole team is great- each and every one of them!
