My glasses that I just ordered were the wrong frame color, didn't ask if I needed any adjustments. Most glasses are "as is" meaning the ones you try on are the ones you buy. Tried on blue, got black. The eye exam was fine, had no issues, but I am regretting buying my glasses here. Update 4/21: So they billed my insurance wrong, and the issue has no resolution in sight currently.

Dr Meske is a great Optometrist. Very professional and competent. Patiently answers questions. Provides care to our entire family!
Courteous, friendly, efficient, thorough & personable. Couldn’t be better. I was leery of using a “chain” provider but had a great experience here.
Our first experience at an eye doctor and I am not pleased. I'll start by saying the doctor we saw was great! She was friendly and seemed to actually care about her patients. However, my son contracted pink eye from their office. His symptoms started exactly 24 hours after his appointment. I contacted the office to make them aware. Whomever answered the phone could've cared less and I doubt she even shared this information with the doctor. Secondly the glasses we ordered for my son and waited a week for, are way too small for him. My son picked out a pair of glasses in a style that he liked. Again, this is our first experience at an eye doctor so we assumed when they measured his face, the glasses would then be customized to fit him. Obviously we were incorrect. These are small issues but it is extremely annoying to run into these types of issues at a clinic that literally specializes in eyes and eye care.
I'm visiting my family in the area for the 4th of July holiday and realized while unpacking that I forgot to bring a backup set of contact lenses. This trip will include a lot of time spent in the water so I was immediately anxious about a scenario where my lens got dislodged from my eye and I didn't have a spare. I called Vision Source and they set me up with a spare set in minutes. I'm not a patient of theirs so can't speak to the experience from that perspective, but am happy to sing their praises when it comes to customer service.
