The staff is friendly and very helpful with choosing frames & options. My glasses were done in a week and I am very happy with the entire experience.
We take all our eye care needs to shopko. The whole staff is always so helpful and cheerful. George is especially smiley and makes sure to go out of her way to answer all questions and chat while we wait!
Dr Lorenz did a great job in answering any of my questions and explaining to me what was happening with my eyes. His staff was very friendly and helpful when choosing the correct glasses for me. Dr. Lorenz and his whole staff are awesome! George and Haley were wonderful help with both my pre appointment paperwork and picking the right glasses for me! I've been going to Dr. Lorenz for over 30 years and have always been very happy with everyone that I have worked with at each appointment.
