⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rachel made the entire process exceptional. She be was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient while helping me find the perfect pair of frames. Rachel took the time to understand my needs, explained the different lens options clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and I couldn't be happier with my new glasses.

The staff and doctor were so nice and helpful. They made me feel welcomed and happy to see me. Their prices are comparable to others, the selection of frames same as others. I look forward to going to Shoko Optical because I feel comfortable going there. Great people and service!!

Doctor Roovers was fantastic. But the glasses not the best quality for the price. Lenses were sharp on the edges. Lens fell out of the glasses. Never offered the warranty package to me. When you walk out the door with your glasses they can’t add the warranty package on. How convenient! I have been getting my glasses here for over 30 years. But I think next time I will move on to a different place. But will still see Dr Roovers. He’s the best.

Wanted to commute from Appleton to see Dr. Chrisman as I had a positive experience in the past! Asked if she would be willing to give a 4 week supplies of contacts/trial packs to get me thru until the scheduled appointment time (which I can't adjust due to insurance). Provider refused due to my last appointment with her being over a year ago (however I saw a different provider in the area who was at her old location) Why the inflexibility when I'm compliant? Guess I'll stick to someone local instead of making the trip 🙃

Awesome experience!! Samantha was so helpful with the exam and picking out glasses. She really knows her stuff. Dr. Roovers was also really nice and he would help me through any questions I had.
