Dealing with contacts and insurance and changing eyes are never fun. But Michelle, Anita, Neala and Nicole (always with fabulous nails) makes it easy. I’ve had to return my contacts for a different brand because of my eyes being persnickety. When it comes to some insurance companies that’s not just an exchange. It’s paperwork. And Anita is taking care of that for me. And that deserves five stars. Dr. Shufeld is also fantastic and cares about my comfort. So I’ll always come back here first.

This location has helped me numerous times when all I needed was a Glasses tune-up. Today was no exception when I lost a screw and they were just out of alignment. Nicole was at the front...She promptly stopped what she was doing to help me and within 5 minutes of so I was on my way. My messed up pair I walked in with felt like a new pair! Kudos Nicole.

This place was amazing! Heidi shufelt is an amazing doctor and went above and beyond trying to find out what was wrong with my eyes! She and her staff are #1 awesome sauces!!!!

The doctors are great but the lobby/front desk staff will ignore you completely for 10-15 minutes upon arrival (not even eye contact / it’s as if you are invisible). I’m guessing this is a staffing issue but it’s been going on for years and is the reason I won’t be returning sadly.

Dr. Shufelt is an amazing eye doctor. I haven’t been to many in my life but she is the best. My glasses are amazing and even though my prescription was adjusted just a little bit, I can see so much better! Angela is great also. She helped me pick out and order my glasses very quickly!
