Vicky and Hannah who I dealt with were absolutely awesome.. Hannah's personality was refreshing 😊 Vicky was so helpful with my initial phone call. Super impressed ! ***Update. Dropped review to 3 stars. It's been 10 days waiting for the new glasses to arrive which is no problem, but when I called to check if they arrived, I was told they accidentally cancelled my order. They were going to put it in now. Not sure how that can happen.

I have been waiting nearly an entire month for my backup pair of glasses. Zero accountability from staff and no updates on the status of my order. I will be asking for a full refund
