My daughter and I both went in for appointments. We were greeted by staff and seen immediately by Dr. Very friendly and professional. After our exam we sat with Karen picking out frames and going over budget. Karen is absolutely amazing!!! She was very down to earth and professional making sure we got the best deal that fit our needs. My daughter got contacts and glasses, I just chose glasses. We left our appointment and went to lunch. We couldn't stop talking about the care we felt while at Fielmann vision care with Karen. We look forward to future visits at this location. Thank you Karen!!!!

My kids and I have been going to Dr. Herba for about 10 years now. We've followed him wherever he ends up practicing. Went today for an exam with my kids. As always, top notch care. The staff was super attentive and helpful even though it was very busy. They did a fantastic job of helping everyone who came in. Karen was great and helped my daughter and I order our glasses. Happy with the prices and service. Highly recommend this location and the staff.

Very satisfied with our experience at Fielmann in Crystal Lake today. Our doctor recommended that our 11 year old have her vision checked after a brief eye exam at her checkup. Fielmanns was able to schedule us for the same afternoon, and we’re very happy with the service we received. During the initial screening, Cheyenne was wonderful with our daughter. It can be intimidating being in front of those machines, especially for the first time, but Cheyenne explained everything that she was doing and was super positive and friendly. We then saw Dr. Joy for more tests and she was also very thorough and put my daughter at ease. Rebecca helped us with the glasses and insurance pricing, and she was very kind and honest about costs while helping us come up with a plan. Great staff all around, would definitely recommend!

Madison and Dr. Joy are the best! We have been following around Dr. Joy, now We get Madison in the mix the last few years. We look forward to going in for exams and new glasses! The rest of the Staff is Top Notch as well! Thank you Ladies for your wonderful service!

Dr. Herba always does a great job and is always very kind, patient, and welcoming. The employees working the front of the office are extremely nice and helpful, especially Karen. Our family will never go anywhere else for our optical needs.
