Can't get through to anyone on the phone. Doctor's assistant was supposed to order medication for my eye that has been non-stop, twitching for a month. Never had a call back. Just spent the last twenty eight minutes with scheduling department.Trying to reach the office. This place has really gone downhill. I saw doctor miller last week. Finally, she is amazing. She wanted to put botox into the muscle of the eye which would have had to have been ordered.Never heard anything back.I called back friday.Because the eye is now hurting, and they said they would try to squeeze me in, they would call me back. They never. It is now monday april 6th. They squeezed me in with Dr. Ruben 8 at 1 o'clock today. I go in and already. They're demanding that the doctor is uncomfortable unless they dilate both of my eyes. I said, why dilate, both of my eyes?I'm here for my left eye.I just saw my eye doctor saturday. The right eye is fine. Here's the paperwork.I also saw baskin and palmer institute. Here's the paperwork I told em they could go ahead and dilate the left eye, since that's what's bothering me.I can't drive home with both eyes, dilated and doctor rubinate's assistant said people drive home here all the time with their eyes dilated.. REALLY?YOU LET PEOPLE DRIVE HOME WITH THEIR EYES ISOLATED.THAT'S REALLY SAFE. DOCTOR REFUSED TO SEE ME EVEN THOUGH I HAVE LEFT EYE PAIN AND I'M NOW SITTING IN THE PARKING. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER PRACTICE. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND DOCTOR SIBIA NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON.. set now on the back of the doctor's office for my appointment with doctor miller, they put me in a room by myself with a machine.Because there's no place to sit.Muhammad comes over and tells me to leave, and I said, oh, i'm just waiting here for doctor miller. So he says he needs the machine. So I stand up and wait in the hallway because I have autoimmune disorder and can't be around a lot of people. And he is now screaming at me in the middle of the hallway with plenty of witnesses.. (AKA ALLISON MEDICAL STAFF)MORE OTHER PATIENTS WHO WITNESSED THIS.. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR BY MOHAMMED (disrespect) I THINK, DOCTOR SYBIA NEEDS TO UPDATE HIS MEDICAL STAFF BECAUSE THIS IS APPALLING BEHAVIOR

Love doctor Miller at this practice . Just had eye test . I was placed in a private little room due lack of seating in waiting area and my health condition. Employee named Mohammed came over and demanded I get up and leave the room stating that I can't sit in there. I explained, I didn't put myself in the room, Dr. Miller's assistant, put me in there. I said no problem, I'll get up and wait in the hallway. He then started screaming at me. Demanding that I wait outside in the hallway outside of the office. I heard them talking around the corner and I said, is everything okay here where he then lunged at me And the other assistants held him back. Assistant Allison was there and Tammy at the front desk. There was a video recorder in the hallway which i'm asking being saved documentation. I will be filing a report. Mohamad literally freaked out on me, closing my blood pressure to spike, where I have a sit in the parking lot for half hour before, I was able to even drive. I was literally shaking when doctor Miller came into the room. What type a person talks to a woman This way no less a patient. Mohammed is rude., it's appalling, it's vulgar. It's disgusting. I have all the witnesses that heard it out in the waiting room as well as my son. There is a video recording of this that I am going to be requesting from Tammy, the supervisor for documentation purposes. Even though I loved her messages a couple of days ago, she never returns anyone's calls. This man does not belong working in this field.Mohammed is absolutely horrific. UPDATE WITH YOUR RESPONSE TO REACH OUT TO SIBIA EYE. NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE, YOU MANAGE YOUR TAMMY, DOESN'T ANSWER, NOR DOES SHE CALL EVERYONE BACK WHEN MESSAGES ARE LEFT. I GUESS THAT'S WHY YOUR STAR RATING REVIEW BAD. I even spoke to Tanya, your scheduler and requested that the Dr. SIBIA or Tammy.Call me and that hasn't happened either. So your response is a joke. I REALLY DO NOT FIND THE SITUATION FUNNY, AND YOUR EMPLOYEE HAS CAUSED UNDUE STRESS. Update, I get a lot of today in the mail. How it will be in my best interest if I find another ophthalmologist? No kidding. It's definitely in my best interest to find a professional that takes his practice.Seriously, good riddance kindly send me all my files.

Called in with a painful eye issue that is effecting vision, only to he told they have no openings for 2 months. I emphasized I have a very painful infection. Too bad, they expected me to deal with a painful infection for 2 months! I can only imagine how bad they treat patients when scheduling can't even be handled. Glad they saved me the hassle and potentially my vision. Update, 6/24. The stye that Dr. Miller treated is starting to return. As an existing patient now, I kind of figured they would care about it. Nope, they couldn’t care less. I tell them the problem they treated is returning and affecting my vision, they tell me August 4 is the first appointment. Don’t get me wrong, Dr. Miller was great But I’ll be damned if those front desk ladies don’t want people to go blind Looks like I’m back to the drawing board and searching for a new doctor. I need one whose staff actually cares about people in pain and losing vision, because this one doesn’t.

Just received a call from Maria as a follow-up to a matter previously discussed pertaining to a prescription. Maria is professional and knowledgeable and definitely goes out of her way to explain and confirm that my understanding of the situation is correct. I'm impressed with the practice and would recommend Sibia Eye Institute to family and friends for their comprehensive eye care needs.

I found the Office staff VERY nice and talked to no less than 5 people. The Doctor came in, met him, I was a tad nervous, he was all business. At the end, he was very good and I will be back for a follow up visit in 6 weeks. The eyes dilation lasted only a couple of hours (66 never had one; was not bad at all). I am hard to please and these are good people. Wish they were closer to me, but worth the little extra drive.
