Great atmosphere and friendly employees. Dr Brun was exceptional. She is very friendly and pleasant. This was my first visit with Dr Brun and her eye examination was very detailed and comprehensive. She has expert knowledge on Glaucoma care. Her assistant was excellent and I give her high marks. I very happy that I chose this office and Dr Brun. Highly recommend the Navarre office.
Only went to this location because it was closest to my house and was covered by insurance. When I first walked in, it was early in the morning, there were two ladies at the desk who were quick to help me and very welcoming. The exam went smoothly got to learn more about my eyes, the usual annual eye exam. The lady who was helping me check out, was very friendly and helpful. I went to go look at glasses while she was filing some paperwork and doing other things on the other side of the building away from the waiting and Frame area. While I was looking at the glasses, trying them on and taking pictures to send to my husband I noticed an older lady who was there in my peripheral view, seemingly watching me. She eventually made her way over to me and asked me if I had an appointment and if I was finding everything OK. I told her I already had my eye exam. I’m just looking at frames. She then walked around me and was looking into my bag as if I was stealing something. I was able to see this because I was standing in front of the mirror. She then stood on the other side of the room still keeping an eye on me. Not even five minutes later another woman came up and asked me if I had an appointment. There a dozen of other people in the waiting room they could’ve been helping, but chose to target me. This is very upsetting. I was having a great time until this happened.
Great experience! Everyone was very knowledgeable about each individual part of their process. From the eye examination to insurance to ordering glasses. It was a breeze and a pleasure dealing with Clarkson Eyecare. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of a great pair of glasses. They also have a great selection of eyewear to choose from. They have higher brands to more reasonably priced glasses. All around an awesome experience! 10/10
I had an appointment with Dr. Dustin Grubbs at Clarkson Eye Clinic on 5-20-2026 and had a very good experience. Dr. Grubbs was personable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The staff was also excellent — friendly, organized, and helpful throughout the visit. I have not received my glasses yet, but based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend Dr. Grubbs and the team at Clarkson Eye Clinic.
It has been too long since I went to see an eye doctor. The technology has come a long way! Very impressed with the level of thoroughness and ease of all the tests. Staff was very professional and nice. Dr. Brun was wonderful! I had a scary situation and she assured me my eyes were healthy for someone my age. Everything was explained to my understanding. Purchasing a new prescription and frames was easy and painless. Can't wait to get my new glasses. Would recommend. I came here because almost everyone I know comes here!
