Great staff and great dr. They take the time to listen to your concerns . They are also very accommodating with making my appointments. This is my second visit and I’m so satisfied. Very helpful and the office is very clean and organized . Overall I’m very happy
Had to follow up for a slight issue after my surgery. Got in within an hour, saw the doctor had my answer and instructions for treatment right away. Sight md is definitely professional, I would highly recommend Dr Richter.
Everyone in the office is helpful, friendly, and very efficient. Dr. Paolini is the best! She listens to my concerns, is extremely thorough, and does not rush through the exam. I am very happy with SightMD overall and especially with Dr. Paolini.

A few of weeks ago i got something in my R eye that was extremely painful and i couldn't remove it on my own so I decided to go to urgent care at Stonybrook on Commack rd bc it was close to my home and whatever was under my eyelid felt like it was scratching my eye and I needed it removed immediately. The Dr there flushed my eye and right after I still felt the pain...he gave me some drops and said to give it 24 hrs...I did this and the pain had subsided but my vision was still a bit blurry. I called Dr Richters office and explained my situation...I spoke to Michelle and she immediately got me an appointment early the next day with Dr Tran since Dr Richter was unavailable. As I arrived for this appointment I realized That I needed a referral. Michelle said to me that she had taken care of it already!! I was pleasantly surprised that she had the initiative forethought and effort above and beyond to have taken care of this for me! Thank you Michelle!...you saved me the angst of trying to call my primary Dr who I knew wasn't even in his office yet. You are an asset to Dr Richters very busy office and should be commended!!
