I don’t even have the words to explain how bad my experience at Sight Vision Care just was. THREE months and they haven’t been able to get contacts in that I can see out of… I finally discovered why today when I tried my most recent ones (I still can’t see out of well) and noticed the reason they weren’t working… THEY WROTE THE WRONG EYE ON THE CONTACTS (L or R). I wasn’t even mad, actually kinda giggled a little happy that we figured out the problem. I said let me check the first box too from months ago… and sure enough… wrong eye written on that one too! The worst part was that when I called in… after being VERY UNDERSTANDING and VERY KIND about the whole thing…. The dr got on the phone and told me to throw everything away and wait for the next pair or she would dismiss me as a patient for calling and asking if my contacts were right!!!??! It’s not like I was calling them a lot or anything… I only called after putting in a new pair that didn’t work because they mislabeled it. This woman said to come get my money because I shouldn’t have asked the receptionist if my contacts were labeled wrong because “she doesn’t know what these numbers are” lol. No clue in the world as to what is wrong with this woman, but that was absolutely uncalled for. After 3 months of not having good vision, missing work, getting migraines etc. I was still kind and understanding just to be treated that way. Cut off and dismissed. She was incredibly rude and showed absolutely no empathy for the 3months of mistakes. She actually said to me at one point “you knew we had your eyes wrong in our system at first” which was knees to me! I definitely had not been told that… and even if that was true… then why were my newest ones I just picked up labeled wrong too?? After she dismissed me, I finally gave her a piece of my mind. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional rudeness and blatant disregard for someone’s patient before. I hope they go out of business before they put anyone else through this. **DO NOT RECOMMEND SIGHT VISION CARE 0/5**

I haven’t left many reviews but I feel compelled to write this now. Casey Smith is rude and unprofessional. I will never return. Originally, I had a pleasant experience picking out frames and receiving an eye exam. When ordering my lenses Casey Smith, OD asked if I would like the same type as my old lenses from another optometrist, non-glare, work space lenses intended for computer use. I said yes. But the new lenses I received were not like my original lenses. These have a green/yellow tint. I was disappointed but tried my best to be ok with them, to get used to them, but never felt good with these lenses. When I returned to the office to discuss this issue I was met with reluctance but Casey Smith did agree to reorder my lenses. I waited two weeks and when I picked them up they were the SAME GREEN TINTED lenses. She just reordered the same lenses and didn’t actually fix anything. When I expressed my disbelief and disappointment she was extremely condescending and blamed me for the error. I can’t believe how unprofessional and rude she was to me. I spent a lot of money on these glasses, but I’m mostly upset about the way she talked to me and how she treated me. Her staff are pleasant, but she is not. Do not recommend.

Great experience! Dr.Smith does not rush through her exam, she is very professional, informative, caring and takes the time to answer your questions. Her staff is very helpful and the office is beautiful. I will definitely be a long term patient and so happy to finally find an optometrist that truly cares about her patients. Thank you Dr.Smith and staff for making my 1st visit a great experience. I truly appreciate your care and professionalism!

Wow, friendly staff, Dr. Smith was great, she explained everything. The Lady's at the front desk went over billing , so there wasn't any unexpected shockers. Thank you for my wonderful experience. My husband and daughter will be coming also.
