The call in line is beyond messy, I was referred for an outpatient eye exam and the first 5 minute hold was taken by someone that was less than happy to be on the other end of an appointment scheduling/ emergency line by pressing 1. If it had ended with someone being unhappy in their chosen profession that would have been fine, however there was a clear language barrier that seemed insurmountable, hence my ending of the first call. I then tried the local office line rather than the one that had left to me via a voicemail….. guess what, it goes to the exact same bs of we care and part of the community propaganda. No line to a local office just call center, this time after the 5 minute wait time I am greeted by a bubbly Tanya who seemed nice enough but apparently the call didn’t connect properly as I spent the next 2 minutes saying “hello Tanya are you there”….. Tanya was not there. If there was a way to rate a call back number I would say zero stars are deserved, however I may change my review to reflect the actual service if I can ever get my bloody appointment scheduled.
The staff is very friendly. They were efficient with their jobs. I would recommend them to all my family. Dr Matz was very efficient also. Thank you all for your kindness and a job well done .see you again soon.
Everyone was pleasant professional and very helpful. Pleasant surroundings. No long waiting. Best place for eye care! I would rate this place 10 out of 10
I've been coming here for a few years now, and have been very pleased with the treatment and Care I've been receiving. The team here it's very friendly and determines to help the condition I've been dealing with and have my best interest in mind. I am looking forward to the ongoing progression of the different treatments im receiving to help me see better.
