I’m a new patient of Dr Josef and I’m so glad I was referred by my eye doctor to him. From the time I called to set an appointment, inquired about billing concerns and the moment I walked in the office and met the staff and Dr Josef himself, it was all a wonderful and pleasant experience. The office staff, namely Gianna, Rodrigo, Elliot and Trina, were all very attentive, informative and easy to talk to. I was anxious enough to be seeing the doctor regarding my concern but they have put me at ease with the way they took care of me. Dr Josef himself was the best in that he explained my situation thoroughly and patiently answered my questions. Again, I would like to thank each one of them for taking care of me during my visit.

Staff are friendly and efficient. Seen promptly for tests prior to being seen by the doctor. Then wait over an hour to see the doctor, to review results. Dr Josef is thorough and will answer all questions.

The office staff is most pleasant and helpful. After meeting Dr. Josef, you feel you’re in competent hands. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Jeffrey Josef is a compassionate doctor and a highly skilled Retina specialist. He has always treated his patients with respect, providing them with effective medical treatments.
