They repaired my glasses for free which i bought in France and love. They have wooden sides and apparently not everyone can fix that. I was really thankful and i will buy my next glasses from them as a result.

She is one of the most accommodating and helpful people I’ve ever encountered in any store. She went above and beyond to help me with my broken glasses and guided me through the warranty process with patience and care. Her customer service is top-notch, and she genuinely makes you feel taken care of. I highly recommend this location and especially Anita. Thank you for everything—you’re the best!

I don’t often leave reviews, but Anita deserves a shout out. I called to inquire about repairing my eyeglasses, and she was super helpful and friendly! I was able to text photos of my broken glasses frame and she gave me a call back in about 10 minutes with an update. Thanks, Anita!

Fantastic service! I called to make an appointment and they fit me into an opening in their schedule just 35 minutes later. When I arrived staff was hustling to make sure everyone was helped timely, even with my appointment added to their schedule. I waited no time for the glasses and contacts optical exam which was very efficient and professional. I opted for the retinal picture and got to keep my photos. Staff are welcoming and friendly - I was given free advice, glasses adjustments and contact lens solution! The price was excellent too for the high class of service. Site for Sore Eyes on Fillmore was a first rate experience, I highly recommend this location. I will return for all my optical needs.

This team goes above and beyond. Incredible service. So professional. You don’t need to go anywhere else for either a buying your glasses, or be getting your eyes tested.
